1. Overview

213 FiT LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates findmyshoesize.com (the “Site”), a free shoe size and width calculator. This Privacy Policy explains what information the Site collects and how it is used.

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here and in our Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Information We Collect

The short version

The Site has no accounts, no sign-up, and no database. The length and width you type in are used to calculate a size recommendation in your own browser and are never sent to our servers or stored anywhere.

The Site collects no personal information directly. There is no account creation, no contact form, and no data entry field that is transmitted anywhere — the size calculator runs entirely client-side.

Information collected automatically

Like any website, basic technical information is logged by our hosting infrastructure (Google Cloud / Firebase Hosting) for security and reliability purposes — things like IP address, browser type, and request timestamps. We do not access this information for marketing or profiling.

If you allow it, the Site also uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit and which pages they find useful. It records things like which page was viewed, roughly where in the world the visit came from, and whether the device is a phone or a desktop. We ask first: analytics stay switched off until you choose “Allow” on the banner, and if you decline, no analytics cookies are set at all. See our Cookie Policy for exactly which cookies are involved and how to change your answer later. We do not run advertising or retargeting scripts.

What you type into the calculator is still never collected. Your foot length, width and the size we recommend are calculated in your browser and are not sent to us, to Google, or to anyone else.

3. Analytics & Cookies

We ask before we measure. Since September 14, 2026 a banner appears on your first visit asking whether analytics are okay. Analytics are denied by default — until you answer, and forever if you answer “No thanks”, no analytics cookies are written to your browser.

If you allow it, the Site uses Google Analytics 4, and nothing else. It sets two cookies (_ga and _ga_HYEY15PXNW) so a returning visitor is not counted twice. We use it to see how many people find the Site and which pages help them — not to build a profile of you, and not for advertising.

You can change your answer at any time on our Cookie Policy page, which lists the cookies in full and carries an on/off control. Turning analytics off there also deletes the two cookies from your browser.

We run no advertising, retargeting or social-media tracking scripts. If we ever add one, we will update this Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy first, describing exactly what is added — before it goes live.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent information about you, to anyone, ever. We ask for no names, emails or accounts, so there is no customer list to sell in the first place.

Two third parties are unavoidably involved in running the Site, and we would rather name them than claim there are none:

  • Google Cloud / Firebase Hosting serves the pages. Standard hosting logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) are processed there under Google's data processing terms.
  • Google Analytics — only if you allowed it. In that case the page views described in section 3, together with your IP address and a randomly generated cookie identifier, are sent to Google as our analytics provider. If you declined, nothing is sent.

Either may be disclosed if required by law, court order, or government authority.

5. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone. We ask for no names, emails or accounts, and the measurements you enter are never transmitted. The only data collected is the usage information described above — which is not collected at all unless the visitor allows it, and which applies equally to visitors of any age.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, particularly if we add new features (such as analytics) that change what is collected. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
